Design / Build Project.
Our in-house designer will create detailed drawings and elevations for your review and approval.

Budget Approval
After design approval, we'll send you a detailed Scope of Work for review and approval. Once signed, we'll prepare a budget for your review. If needed, we can also provide an estimate for bank financing.

Communication & Start
Regular communication is key to success. We'll keep you informed at every stage - from start to finish.

Punch List & Completion
Upon project completion, our manager will review with you to address any issues. Trades will resolve marked items to ensure quality and your satisfaction.
Latest Home Renovation Projects
This year’s renovation in Henderson, TX, transformed the home into a modern, functional space. The redesign included a new kitchen pantry, laundry room, and master bath vanity. We updated the exterior with Smart material, modernized porch posts, and custom curved wood gables. Inside, a larger front window and removed wall brightened the living area. Custom cabinets replaced premanufactured ones, including a living room unit for a TV and electric fireplace. Lighted mirrors in the master bath added flair, while white and black exterior colors, wood-look tile flooring, and updated hardware completed the look. The homeowners love their refreshed home.
This 5,000 sq. ft. renovation was featured in the 2023 Longview, Texas Parade of Homes, drawing the most visitors of any home. The contemporary-style house had been vacant for two years, with a deteriorated exterior and poor interior design. The owners wanted a modern traditional exterior and a warm, comfortable interior. Key updates included relocating the kitchen and laundry room, removing a glass solarium, and converting spaces into a coffee bar and larger pantry. The master bath was redesigned with a walk-in shower and freestanding tub. Exterior upgrades included stone accents, a new roof, siding, and unique window designs. The transformation impressed visitors, with a before-and-after TV loop showcased during the event.
