DeBoard Homes transformed this home from a small ranch to an expansive retreat suitable for large family gatherings. This 5,000 sq. ft. home, featured in the 2023 Longview Parade of Homes, underwent a stunning transformation. Updates included relocating the kitchen and laundry, redesigning the master bath, and adding stone accents, a new roof, and unique windows. The modern traditional design impressed visitors, with a before-and-after showcase on display.

High-end, new home construction with many added features, including fireplaces inside and outside, arch windows, crown molding, an upscale kitchen, and bathrooms.
Commercial Renovation
This insurance company needed to expand is footprint and elevate its public appeal. DeBoard Homes added three offices, renovated the kitchen, replaced the flooring, and greatly improved the reception area.

As part of a larger renovation, we relocated the kitchen from the back of the house to the front, transforming it into a functional and inviting space perfect for cooking and entertaining. The redesign focused on creating a warm, open layout ideal for gatherings. To enhance convenience, we added a coffee bar and expanded the pantry, providing ample storage and a stylish touch. The new kitchen seamlessly blends practicality with modern design, making it a central hub for the home. This thoughtful update not only improved the flow of the house but also elevated its overall aesthetic and functionality.
